Soraya Mèliane offers standard, express and next day delivery services within the United States.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

We provide standard, expedited, and next-day delivery services within the United States. Once you enter your delivery address at checkout, you’ll see available shipping options based on your location.

·        Standard Shipping – $10
Orders are carefully packaged within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 3-5 days.

·        Expedited Shipping – $50
Expedited orders are prioritized and packaged by our team within 1-2 business days. Once it leaves our hands, our shipping partner works to get it to you  within two days, perfect for last-minute needs or special events.

·        Next-Day Shipping – $75
For urgent orders placed by Noon EST, we’ll process and ship the same day, ensuring delivery by the next business day. This service is ideal for customers who need their Soraya Meliane pieces immediately.

Complimentary Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for U.S. orders over $150 (before taxes). Simply select the free shipping option at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor its journey. Delivery times may vary by carrier and location.

Combined Shipments
To streamline processing, we may combine multiple orders placed within 1-3 business days. By placing multiple orders within this period, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that refunds will not be provided due to combined shipments.

Holiday Schedule
Our warehouse does not process shipments on weekends or the following U.S. holidays:

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping, starting at $30, with complimentary shipping on orders over $300. All taxes and duties are calculated at checkout to avoid additional fees at customs. International orders ship via DHL and generally arrive within 2-5 business days.

Pre-Orders

Items labeled as "Pre-Order" are shipped within 6-8 weeks from the order date. If purchased alongside in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. For more details, please review our pre-order policy [link to pre-order policy].
