Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged items purchased at full price or with manufacturing defects within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds are issued via store credit only. To qualify for a return, the item must meet these criteria:

  • U.S. Orders Only: Returns are available for orders shipped to U.S. addresses. We do not accept international returns.
  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Return Approval and Label: Return requests must be initiated, approved, and postmarked with the Soraya Mèliane prepaid label within 14 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked "final sale" or sold "as-is" are not eligible for return.

Return Processing & Fees

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and store credit will be issued within 7 business days. A $7.00 fee will be deducted from the credit to cover prepaid return shipping. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If we made an error (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping fees will be waived.

All returns must be processed through our online return portal for all purchases. You’ll need your order number and the email used at checkout to get started.

Instant Exchanges: Available for in-stock items. With an authorization hold of $1 on your card, we’ll process an exchange and send your replacement before we receive your return. Items not returned within 14 days will be charged in full. The authorization hold will be removed once we receive the returned item.
